GrayJay is a phenomenal application that plays multiple video platforms in one app: YouTube, Odysee, Rumble, Bitchute, DailyMotion, SoundCloud, and several more–without any ads! You can create playlists and subscribe to channels in the app without needing to log into anything, and you can even download audio/videos and search through your watch history. It’s available for desktop and Android and has an F-Droid repo too.
GrayJay is easily one of my favorite pieces of software that I use on an almost daily basis; however, there’s one problem with the Linux desktop version: it does not have an install script that creates an application launcher. To resolve this issue, I created this script, which downloads the latest version & creates an application launcher.
