Noteflight Dynamics to MIDI Velocity

I once worked on a MIDI rendering of a piece that I composed. Some of the dynamics were not carrying through from the score that I made in Noteflight, so I decided to create this test and export it as a MIDI file.

I then imported the MIDI file into Logic Pro X v10.5.1 and obtained these results:

• Pianissimo pp – 31 / 127

• Piano p – 47 / 127

• Mezzo-Piano mp – 63 / 127

• Mezzo-Forte mf – 79 / 127

• Forte f – 95 / 127

• Fortissimo ff – 111 / 127
